I was just wondering if some observers are counting every meteor seen as a
Leonid? I don't hear much about sporadics as well NTAs, STAs, and AMOs. Some
posts sighting possible (?) Leonids suggest, to me anyway, that they didn't
know where the radiant was. This fact could bring the numbers down a little
bit further. Just an observation - I could be wrong.
I observed for an aproximate Teff of 3 hrs, on Nov. 17/18 and spotted 34 LEOs
and 24 SPOs. Due to the number of people at the site - where I set up the
NTA/STA radiant was over my head so I could only count them as SPOs.
