Is there any chance for a significantly higher rate of Draconids in 1999
than usual ( usual - no Draconids )?

I saw some reports of ZHR = 1,300 during this year's Draconid outburst.
But the report was removed a week later or so. Is this true?
I saw a total of 6 Draconids in 3 hours on 8. october... ...not worth
freezing my head off.
