RE: (meteorobs) Radiant rising time

Hello all:  Sometime ago, before the recent difficulty struck Meteorbs, 
someone asked about the rising time of the radiant for the Leonids next 
November.    That time, or the rising time of any other radiant can be 
determined using the share ware planetarium-type program "Sky Globe."   The 
one requisite is that you must have the geographical coordinates for your 
observing site entered into the program before you watch the radiant rise 
over the horizon as you advance the time and spin the radiant into view. 
 An added benefit of this graphical solution to the problem is that another 
of the many features of Sky Globe will allow you to determine if the moon 
is in the sky when the radiant is rising.
