RE: (meteorobs) Radiant rising time



Note that when calculating radiant rise time, the zenithal attraction must
be taken into account.  For low-velocity showers this amounts to several
degrees.  The radiant rise is when the depression angle (angle below the
horizon) equals the zenithal attraction for observed radiant on the
horizon.
