Kim -- the article in question obviously refers to the recent study of large 
meteoroids from 1998 in a 5/14 resonant orbit with Jupiter.  While it is true 
that another bevy of fireballs is not likely in 1999, the odds for much 
higher overall Leonid activity certainly is warrented.  Unfortunately, the 
time frame for this to occur is probably in the 2 to 4 hour (UT) range on 
November 18 -- not good for much of North America, but excellent conditions 
for Europe and north Africa.
