(meteorobs) Weak activity of June epsilon Bootids.

Hi all,

June epsilon Bootids appeared weak shower activity.
Mr. K.Osada observed June epsilon Bootids during 12/13-14/15 and
detected 2 radiants of June epsilon Bootids as below.

YMD(UT) CONST R.A DEC N d Wt Vel Mag HR Remarks
-------------------------------------------------------------
1999/06/12.53 epsilon-Boo 220 +28 5 2 1 rS-M 4.6 2.2
1999/06/14.53 epsilon-Boo 221 +27 8 5 2 rS-M 4.6 3.6

Vel : velocity, "rS-M" means rather slow to moderate.
Mag : mean magnitude.
HR : Hourly rate.

He said that these meteor were very faint and rather slow.
I also observed this shower, I found one showered meteor per hour
because of bad condition(limiting magnitude = 4.8).
We will observe it successively.

Clear skies, Takema
