Re: (meteorobs) June Bootids

Hi Jure,

I was clouded out last night too, and there have been no reports so far this
morning. It is now early for North American observers to begin posting as
they are probably just now returning home. Hopefully, anyone out this
morning will post results here soon.

Subject: (meteorobs) June Bootids

Has any significant activity been reported? Last night I was clouded out by
quite thick cirrus clouds. I could see only the brightest stars, down to
about +1. magnitude. I watched for 20 minutes anyway and I saw what I
believe was a June bootid. It appeared in the head of Draco and moved some
20 degrees in 1.5 seconds. I guesstimated it at -2 magnitude. This was the
only meteor I saw and I'm pretty sure it was a JBO.
