Angelia, some of our most active posters already responded at length to your
message, but as they predicted, here's another $0.02 from me... :)
First off, WELCOME... You have *exactly* the qualifications needed for this
list - namely, a simple desire to learn more about meteors and the night sky!
Second, in response to your query about meteor terminology, I wanted to direct
you to a past post on our list, which tries to explain SOME of what you see in
those mysterious meteor reports always flying back and forth here!
The URL for the site is below, but finally, I wanted to invite you to feel free
to ask ANY question about meteors and the naked-eye sky... As you read over
materials from NAMN and the Web, you WILL have questions - it's confusing! So
please remember when it comes to meteors, there really are no stupid questions,
only stupid answers. And 'meteorobs' is here for both! :)
