Not at all.   You can observe by way of the internet while it is
daytime and 110 F( 32+ C). outside there, or I could observe from
S. Calif. when it is -15 F here.  Or the Europeans could observe
during the daytime or cloudy there .
It will take at least 40 of them for world wide coverage, and humans 
go where no camera would.  We already have almost that many world 
wide if we can get the internet software to work.
