Well said!! You've hit the nail on the head here, Ed! Common sense should
easily tell one when a topic is more appropriate in PRIVATE then in PUBLIC!!!
It is very obvious to everyone else, however. The only message I get from these
"messages" is there is a strong need for attention among some of the posters.
To them I say: Please seek that attention PRIVATELY in personal matters and
PUBLICALLY in meteor matters of interest to EVERYONE!! If one cannot tell which
is which, ASK FIRST, we'll be glad to clue you in!! That should solve the
problem...

Come on people, let's get back to what this newsgroup is supposed to be
about, meteor observing and meteor science. If you want professional
scientists and serious amateurs to participate in this group lets drop this
constant bickering. They do not have the time or the desire to participate
in such nonsense. If you have a personal problem with an individual, direct
your comments directly to him or her. Please don't post it to the list!!!!
