Hi to all,

Last Tuesday (7th September) an amateur astronomer from Malta who happens
to be a friend of mine , noticed unusual activity regarding the Aurigids
meteor stream.

He managed to see about 8 shower meteors in a 1/2 hr span which is quite
high for such a shower.

Can anybody confirm or has more info on this strange observation ?
