Yes the times are UT.

are we talking FM, HF or VHF/UHF?
The listing applies to frequencies from HF to UHF.

The Temiscaming trip went well for a preliminary test. Lots of clear
frequencies--only six stations can be heard up there--so there is lots of
selection to work with. We'll try some meteor scatter 'backscatter' during
the Orionids in October. That should be an interesting experiment. I'll let
you know what happens.

Which book did Shelby suggest?
