(meteorobs) Israel in great postion!
I just went to the IMo website, and read the special
report about the 1999 Leonids.
The best observing place is somewhere in th area
between Europe, Africa, & western Asia. That's exactly
Israel!!! I couldn't understand the degrees of hight
from the horizen for the radiant. How can I find that?
