Subject: Leonids '99

Despite a waxing gibbous moon that won't set 'til after midnight, some
educators and myself are considering a trek to Tucson, Arizona, in hopes of
seeing those touted fireballs.  It'll be warmer and hopefully, less
light-polluted than Sacramento, CA..  Any recommendations for a site to view
from? Someone mentioned the Empire Ranch a while back.
