(meteorobs) Enhansed activity of GIA on Sep. 9 in Japan?
Hi All,
I observed GIA in Ohtsuki, Yamanashi, Japan yesterday and now return
home. I heard that Kunio Nose observed GIA in Hokkaido, Japan on Sep. 9
by TV(50mm) and that he counted 24 GIA and 13 sporadic meteor under
LM=7.8 condition during 11h-12UT. He was surprized and sent a e-mail to
NMS mailing list. He observed after that successively, so he is
counting meteor now. I introduce this result as soon as I can possible.
The other hand, I observed 6 GIA's meteor during 9h30m-11h15m yesterday.
GIA's shower has been already active on Sep. 10. I was able to detect
the Radiant.
