(meteorobs) October Rate Report(YOUKI)

     Below is my Rate Report for October.  Cloud cover hampered a major portion 
of my observing efforts this month, primarily preventing good coverage of the
Orionids and Draconids.  Thus, a large amount of my observing time was spent
before midnight this month.   Location is East Central Georgia, USA.
