Re: (meteorobs) "Leonids Lockdown" for 'meteorobs' [PLEASE READ]
As I was not on the list last year, I wondered if reports of the Leonid
activity would be available on a daily basis for those of us in the
hinterlands of America, where the activity is not supposed to be as intense
as it is predicted to be elsewhere? By this I mean will regular subscribers
quickly write of their experiences as the meteors make themselves known, so
that those of us in later time zones can anticipate the Leonids based on
happenings elsewhere in the world? Last weekend I went out of town and spent
the night looking up, seeing about 20-30 meteors in less than two hours. I am
looking forward to this week and then next. Thanks.
