Shows the forecast relative humidity field.  The scale is in the lower left
corner.  Where the RH is lowest, the fewest clouds will be found.  

Later today, a new model run will show the forecast for 2 a.m. Thursday, as
opposed to this graphic which is valid Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
