Just heard on the radio that 2000 Leonids were seen in 40 minutes from
Jordan.  It's now 1015PM EST here.
Joan and I are getting ready to go out.  Clouds have thinned out for the
most  part.

Sounded like a classic reentry over Indiana seen from 15 states last night.
The usual garbage and nonsense went on with Art Bell and Peter Davenport
after midnight.  A string of fireballs with fragments, lasting up to 2
minutes, mostly orange -- just as I would expect.
