An addendum to my prior list of questions--how would I interpret and give 
effect to this as the radiant? What would be the best way to locate it in the 
sky, given Tulsa, Ok., as the viewer's location? Do latitude and longitude 
matter when trying to find RA and Dec? Thank you.
