(meteorobs) A flash in lunar surface, 14/15 dec



Hi: All

A flash in the center of the lunar dark side was watched by a observer,
suspecting the Geminids attacking the surface.

Observer Name: Binyang Li
Time: UT 14:10:46 1999 Dec 14
Location: Xinglong, Hebei, CHINA 
          Long: 117 d 34' 42" East 
          Lat: 40 d 23' 47" North 
          Elevation: 860 m. 
with binocular ( กม 8 )
LM_visual:5.8
LM_binocular: 7.5 (estimated)
Note: The moon is near to setting with a mild brightness and the observer
had watched the moon with the binocular for sevral minitues when the lash
was saw.
