(meteorobs) supposed radiant in Lynx

Hello Mike,

as promised I had a look at the video data of Jan 05/06. In just about 10h
eff. observing time I recorded 78 meteors, 60 of which were classified as
sporadic. The backward prolongations of three of those meteors intersect
exactly at the position given by you: alpha=120 deg, delta=55 deg.
Unfortunately, their velocity is not 100% consistent. One of them seem to
be a little too slow. Anyway, all of them are relatively slow - the
prolongations converge best if a geocentric velocity in the order of 25
km/s is assumed.

Last night was overcasted again, but maybe I have more luck in the next
nights again. I'm still not fully convinced that there really is an active
shower (my video plot shows several of these 3 meteor intersections, for
example), but with more and more people contributing positive sights, we
may be able to clarify that case.

Best regards,
Sirko
