Re: (meteorobs) Buying A Star for Someone- off topic!!

Seeing how this is a "gathering" of some of the brightest & best astronomical minds
in the universe, I would like to inquire how one would go about finding the proper group
or organization that allows someone to purchase a star and name it after another individual.
I know that this service and opportunity is readily available, but I can not place my finger
on where I last heard or saw this available. One of my favorite English teachers at our high school
asked me about this. I told her that I was a part of the perfect forum where someone would have
this information. Please do not let me down! Just a simple point of contact will do. Hope everyone
has a most wonderful weekend! In Astronomical Affinity - Felix A. Martinez

** I figured that inquiring into this topic would be fairly safe, especially since we have digressed
into discussions about "nude" meteor observing!!! **
