Subject: long term planning for Leonids 2001

Hi all,

I've been contemplating where might be the best location to view the
Leonids in 2001 from...

David Asher has predicted ( http://www.arm.acdot uk/leonid/dustexpl.html )
that E. Asia will be the best place to be situated, but from which country?

I've found out that parts of Nepal have very clear skys in November and
relatively low humidity and also has the advantage of being at a high
altitude... but is it far enough East?

Also some parts of china look suitable.

Can anyone recommend better locations?

Clear skies,

                     Leo
