Dear, Mr/Mrs

Now, I'm doing my final script for my graduation paper about Meteor Burst 
Communication. But I had many problems to understand that topic. Like 
question:what happened in the ionosphere? What are the requirement to do 
that? How the physical phenomenon of the meteor,etc...
I would like to appreciate if you (Mr/Mrs)could have me  give some 
information about that, it can be some articles,papers,magazines,etc..
