(meteorobs) Meteor Report
Yesterday, at 19:30 EST, I was just infront of my
friends house. Suddonly, while picking up my head, I
noticed a bright ORANGE meteor falling slowaly towards
the horizen. Small tail, no trail. From Israel,
Kochav-Yair, the direction of meteor was a slightly
deep 45 degree dive towards the horizen. The are of
the sky was between West to South, the meteor was
falling more southern.
Since I'm not sure the direction of the meteor fall,
and it's magnitude, I'll visit my friends house and
find what was the direction of observation. The Meteor
I saw fell near a bright star, just 2 times brighter.
So I'll check what star that was and find my meteor's
magnitude.
Will notify you in a couple of days.
You know, the spot of my observation near my friends
house is weird. Every time I pick up my head I see
there a Fireball. Once, when I went out of his house
and picked up my head I saw a VERY BRIGHT fireball.
the first one I saw. Weird... His house is haunted by
Meteors!
