(meteorobs) Moon correction

Kim Youmans is right, the moon was two days _past_ full on 15 Nov 1886
gregorian.
Sorry for such a daft gaff: I often get my right and left muddled...
I've sent out an electronic message in a bottle re Shanghai weather that
night: who knows what shore it well fetch up on, if any at all!
A formal request to the Chinese Meteorology administration from any tame
academics you have on Meteorobs may be more fruitful.
