(meteorobs) Request re putative shower radiant

Dear meteorobs folk

I am writing requesting any details any of you may know of a possible
weak shower radiant at:

RA 185 deg; Dec 10-15 deg; Vgeo 30-35 km/s [~20 mps]; peaking 10th Feb

with a date range about a week before that and a week or so at after.

I've looked for such information in many places but yourselves will
probably have access to far more specialised [and out of print] works
than myself, or even just be able to comment re personal experience.
I'm primarily interested in visual work, as I've been thro' all the
photographic and video and radar archives it's currently possible to get
access to.

It would be a weak shower, possibly very faint, probably inconsistent
from year to year [although the bias presented by this radiants
southerly and early morning nature, and ecliptic liability to lunar
interference, may well swamp any such detail], and maybe prone to the
odd fireball [though I've found no candidate MORP, Prairie Network or
European Network fireballs].

Could anyone who could help kindly forward details to the following
rather than posting to meteorobs, so as not to unnecessarily clog up
your group! Please replace the underline-word-underline constructs in
the following with the appropriate punctuation, as it is an attempt to
foil any web crawlers searching your archives!

Thank you for your time

PS Whilst I'm asking, and as a side request: I've never been able to
find the orbital elements for either the Lost City or Peekskill
meteorites/fireballs. If anyone could forward these to me I would be
most pleased!!!!
