(meteorobs) Observation October 7/8 2000

Here is my October 7/8 Draconids observation attempt. Cathy Hall and
myself were out battling variable clouds, wind and the cold weather
all night long. During clear patches, the sky was fairly decent with
LM=5.9. The result for me is a hefty 0.6 hours teff and a grand total
of 3 meteors - all sporadics (one of them from the north apex). I was
facing north to look for any possible Draconids despite the low
radiant. The other active minor shower radiants were behind me, so I
wasn't watching for them.
