Thanks to Mark Kidger for the report and suggested ground track!
There were also a couple of eyewitness reports in his discussion
area under the title, "What was it?".

Two satellite re-entry analysts suspect a definite possibility that
this one was a re-entry from a Russian Glonass satellite launch
only hours earlier:

However, more accurate data are needed.

There's a newspaper story in the Wichita, Kansas, USA, newspaper on
this page, under the title, "Suspicious lights in the sky prove
harmless":

However, more accurate data are needed!

I've seen mentions of two or possibly three video-tapings (Abilene
and Wichita Falls, Texas, and whatever was broadcast on the Weather
Channel Friday evening [USA local time]) but have not been able to
find any online yet.
