Hi All!

We are a small group of Leonid watchers and are prepared for the next Leonid campaign. If weather
permits, we will perform some observations from november 16 to november 19 from south east of
France. As I said in a previous email, we had not so bad weather last year and mediterranean cost is
just 150 km far in the south. I know several potential good site, with dark sky in the country side
or in the Alpes (if snow permits) and even in Provence.
Maybe is there some people searching for a favorable site, help or just friendship ...

I've got a personnal website where there is a 1999 Leonid page (english version), an account of this
very
special night with a few photos ...
The URL is :
http://www.astrosurf.com/carnets-astronome
Please follow the link "the astronomer's notebooks" or go to the bottom of the homepage.
If you can read french, there is also some other Leonid pages. Please follow : "Dossier Leonides".

Please, forgot my bad english.

Best regards,
Christophe
