Almost. Southeast Juarez. Last night was a bust, too. Staying up later
didn't help much.

................................................................

CLOUDS: Phenomena manifesting themselves minutes prior to important
occultations and other astronomical events. It has been suggested they are
intelligently controlled because of their ability to position themselves
precisely between the observer and the event to be observed.

OVERCAST: When unable to decide upon the right location(s) clouds spread
themselves out to obtain the maximum possible coverage while maintaining
sufficient density.

HAZE: A single cloud trying to do a job normally requiring many. It is
assumed haze happens when a large number of clouds are occupied obscuring
other observations.

FOG: Clouds in need of an altitude adjustment.

RAIN: When clouds are unable to establish the desired RA and Dec they will
sometimes resort to dropping large amounts of water containing just the
right amount of solids capable of ruining optical surfaces. This action
tends to deplete the clouds but is quite effective in scattering observers.

NOTE: Meteorologists are suspected of being accomplices to clouds. As yet
there is no firm proof. The investigation continues.

NOTICE: Puns detected here are deliberate except when
they are accidental.
