(meteorobs) Moon's deflection of Leonids

I had done a simple hyperbolic passage calculation to address this question
just prior to the Leonid shower. The results were for a radiant shift of
more than a tenth of a degree the stream portion seen by an observer must
have passed within 1100 km of the moon's surface. This amounted to the Leonid
radiant situated no further away than the radius of the moon... a geometry
not encountered during the 2000 Leonids. Close but not close enough to
cause any significant deflection.
