RE: (meteorobs) Re: shower meteor colors
In regards to meteor shower member colors, I have not noticed any preference
for color for any of the major showers. However, I have seen a few Andromedids
over the years, and they are always a red or orange color. I saw one with my
15x70 binoculars the other week that seemed to be a 7th magnitude Andromedid,
and it was as red as a carbon star.
