14th is good.
13th is marginal - The moon rises over an hour earlier, with radiant 
averaging only 10° elevation during the dark window! (That gives 
less than 1/5 of the zenithal rate expected. But its closer to the 
peak time which helps a little.)
12th is hopeless - The moon and radiant rise about the same time, 
so there is no window.
