However, I should elaborate a little on the mag -1 SPO. Its slow,
wobbly long path was very typical of space junk re-entry, so my
ratio of GEM:SPO may be order of 4:1

The upper level atmosphere over Hawaii is forecast clear most of
this week, but the brisk tradewinds are blowing in lots of low
clouds. It would be best to observe from the mountaintops, but I
doubt I have time to make that trip this week...
