Hi all,

Here is my wee-list of astronomical frustrations due to cloud coverage:

11 August 1999: missed solar eclips over France

18 November 2000: missed Leonids

13/14 December 2000: missed Geminids (except for 1 (!) earthgrazer)

22 December 2000: missed Ursids

Well, that's Scotland in a nutshell. Although I have to say that last year Dundee was one of the very few places in the UK from where one could see the Leonid storm. Hope you were all more lucky last night.
