(meteorobs) Trying to calculate an Ursids ZHR estimate

Please pardon the inexperience! I'm trying to reasonably
estimate what I saw this morning using the simplified ZHR
formula on this page:

 http://web.infoavedot net/~meteorobs/guidechap8.html

- Ursids population index (r) is 3.0.
- In each hour my Teff was 0.67.
- Radiant height (RH) went from about 23 to 33 degrees
above the horizon during the three-hour observing session.

Using three LM "estimates" (5.5, 6.0, 6.5), I get the
following ZHR results:

7:10- 8:10, Ave. RH 25, 8 Ursids --> ZHRs: 85, 49, 28
8:10- 9:10, Ave. RH 28, 11 Ursids --> ZHRs: 105, 61, 35
9:10-10:10, Ave. RH 32, 6 Ursids --> ZHRs: 51, 29, 17

Even if my LM was as good as +6.5 -- which I really tend
to doubt -- it seems fairly certain that I saw elevated
rates at least during the first two hours. Or maybe the
Ursids were brighter than usual this year?
