Hi, Jin Zhu
This is Hiroshi Ogawa. It seems maximum came 21:00-22:00 3rd(UT) by my radio meteor

I can get the data every 10minutes. It is one data. So, for one day, I can get 144 data.
The analyzing soft is HROFFT made by Mr. Okawa(JAPAN).
>I saw 3 simultaneous QUAs and another 1 or 2 QUAs in one minutes,
That's wonderful !! It seems Japanese observers could see active Quadrantids, too.
With best wishes
Hiroshi Ogawa
