I don't know for the Eta-Aquarids. But for the Lyrids, I thought that they are
really unpredictable, that's to say they can produce an outburst which isn't
expected like in 1982 with a ZHR of 90. The rate is generally of 15, but it can
be bigger, so just "go out and look" !(If the weather permits it, it's no use
observing under clouds... )
