Thank you for sharing that thought, Hartwig! I myself managed (only barely) to
catch the '98 LEO "Fireball Shower", but (stupidly!) missed seeing the '99 LEO
storm, being at the wrong longitude... So it is nice to know that, in the view
of at least one observer who witnessed both events, they were comparable. :)

Thanks to all who have shared their meteor memories with our list, and thanks
especially to Jeff Wilson for suggesting this thread: I couldn't have imagined
a more diverting way to get through the "meteor doldrums" of Feb and Mar! I'd
love to share my own Meteor Moments - if only I can get the time this week.
