(meteorobs) IMO Visual Meteor Report (GRALE), Night of 20-Feb-2001

Note that these reports are not NEARLY as daunting as they may at first
appear to newcomers... For one thing, there are a variety of tools that
have been developed to make meteor data entry easy, and to do the various
calculations and look-ups which appear on these reports. (I myself use an
Excel spreadsheet I first developed in 1998.)

In addition, there is complete information on all these fields available
from a wide variety of printed and on-line sources... For example, browse
the IMO Visual Observing Web site http://www.imodot net/visual for complete
details on the fields found below. Or for a Guide aimed more at the new-
comer to meteors, see the NAMN Observing Guide, on the Web at:
    http://Web.InfoAvedot net/~meteorobs/guide.html

Clear skies!
