(meteorobs) Daylight fireball

    A daylight fireball was observed by Paul Gesser over Victoria, B.C. just
after lunch at 01:15 p.m. on March 23, 2001.  Mr. Gesser rushed home and
secured a digital photo and also a 35 mm film photo, (not developed), of the
now distorted meteor train.  Any reports of this fireball can be submitted
to me at epmajden@home.com, or to, universe@uvvm.uvicdot ca  Observers in
Washington State and possibly further south may have observed this event.
