I have sent this person a separate e-mail. In that I pointed out the usual
illusions about fireball sightings. Hers was the fifth report
I have had on this particular object. Starting with a phone call
only 10 minutes after event, from an excited teenager who happened to glimpse it.
More phone reports in the succeeding days. Must have been quite bright!
The cloud cover over Adelaide at the time was reasnably heavy but broken.
Since Adelaide has no public observatory, the local astronomical Society
www.assa.org.au serves as a public information resource/ reporting point.
