Take a look at the Dutch Meteor Society website (the currently largest 
suppliers of high accuracy photographic meteor orbits on this planet) at URL
http://www.dmsweb.org. There are several contacts listed there regarding meteor 
photography (I suggest you contact Hans Betlem, Casper ter Kuile and/or Robert 
Haas through the website: for questions regarding building equipment, Casper or 
Robert are the persons to be contacted, while Hans is the person to be 
contacted for questions regarding fireball patrol camera's) and there is 
general information on the topic available directly on the website too.
