Hi Lew,

Tm is "time midst", the center time of the observing interval over which the 
dataset is reported.

I will have a severe word with Arnold about his omission of limiting 
magnitudes  ;-)

Or otherwise, you can do so when both Arnold and you will be in China coming 
November.
