I observed in Olathe, KS under clear skies before and after the moon came up. 
Time: 12:50-3:00 CST
Only saw 16 meteors
14 Perseids
They seemed to come mini clusters.
The best 1:23 was a -2 Perseid streaking south about 15 degrees long with a 
30 second trail. The meteor was first yellow then near the end turned to 
green-blue with the trail bluish white.
I was disappointed with this shower and that there weren't better numbers and 
brighter ones.
