Meteoric greetings!
Direct observation report of Brazil  lat. 21.27.54 S / Long. 47.00.21 W
Dawn August 11/12, 2001.
Schedule: Of 2:49 / 4:30 local time (5:49 to 7:30 UT),
I could count 3 Perseideos and 6 sporadic. Being 3 in Taurus and 3 in the
zenith.
 The Moon disturbed plenty because she was very close and the clear plenty
sky.
Though, the few ones that I saw they were fast and they left long brilliant
traces...
really pretty. It was worthwhile to face the cold and the wind.
