The paper is no longer available from my office supply wholesaler but, if
you can't find it, the same thing can be accomplished with a Tyvek envelope
or a tranparency film using a Sharpie or  pilot extra fine point permanent
marker. They write on almost anything and dry quickly without smearing.
(Maybe you can lay that transparency over a  big glow in the dark sticker!)
