Re: (meteorobs) Dewing problems.



I think this is a normal resistant cable ... ask for Your local electrical
store ... If I remember correctly, the resistance was 10,4 ohms per metre.
You can test the cable: Use the 12 volts and take a part of the cable. If
the cable is too short, the heat is too high! You don't have to cut the
cable, but the power in the end of the cable and somewhere else in the cable
(keep the distance longer at first - the heat does not come too high. Then
take a shorter distance ...). If the heat is too high, when You have the
resistance cable inside the leather, you get the smell of leather!!
